AltusQ’s executive coaching helps participants to develop specific skills and knowledge to enable them to perform their role to the best of their ability and to progress in their career. Obstacles are identified and worked through, and desired outcomes are defined and measured.

We tailor our Executive Coaching approach to meet the specific outcomes sought by the individual CEO or Executive and their organisation.  Typically the coach and client meet for 1-2 hours every 2-4 weeks, depending on the importance and urgency of the engagement.
